Two addresses, and picking the right one gets you a faster answer.
abuse@tempmailbox.net if an address or domain of ours has been used against you or anyone else.
hello@tempmailbox.net for everything else: a domain that stopped being accepted, a bug, a factual mistake in a guide, advertising, press.
Abuse reports
Paste the whole message as text, headers included. A screenshot preserves the part that was easiest to fake, while the headers carry the delivery path, and the path is the only thing we can act on. With it we can block a sender, kill a mailbox and pull a domain out of rotation early.
Mail that appears to come from one of our domains was forged somewhere else, because nothing here can send.
A domain a website will not take
Name the domain and name the site that refused it. We cannot make that site change its mind, but a rejection tells us the domain has landed on a blocklist and moves its retirement forward, which helps the next person. In the meantime, request a new address and you will get one from a different domain.
Bugs and mistakes in the guides
Say what you did, what you expected, what happened instead, and which browser you were in. For a guide, quote the sentence you think is wrong. Providers move settings constantly, so a guide naming a menu that no longer exists is a real defect, and we would rather hear it from you than find it in a year.
What we cannot do
Bring back a deleted message or mailbox. No archive exists, no backup exists, so there is nothing to restore from, whoever is asking and for whatever reason.
Tell you anything about somebody else's mailbox. We do not open mailboxes on request, including for people who have clearly been wronged, and we keep no access logs that would let us answer even if we wanted to.
Get a domain removed from a blocklist. Those lists belong to other organisations, and a removal request from a disposable mail operator goes nowhere, for reasons that are not difficult to work out.
Recover an account you registered with an expired address. That belongs to the site holding the account, not to us. Start here for the order to attempt it in.
When you will hear back
A person reads everything. Abuse reports go first and usually the same day, the rest takes a few working days. Nothing sends an automatic acknowledgement, so if a week passes in silence, assume it went astray and write again.

How Many Email Accounts You Need
Most people need two mailboxes and end up with five. What each extra account costs to run, and how to split them so the split holds.
Folders, Labels and Search
Folders lose to search for finding things and win at three specific jobs. A four folder scheme that survives a busy week.
Filters and Rules That Hold Up
Rules break because they match on the subject line. How to filter on the sender and the headers, in what order, and how to test one.
